Profile Information (Candidates): Job seekers may provide additional information including:

Skills, certifications, and career interests

Company Information (Employers): Employers may provide company name, address, industry, contact information, and job posting details.

Employment Information: For hired apprentices, we collect additional information necessary for employment, including Social Security Number, date of birth, I-9 documentation, tax withholding elections, and direct deposit information.

Communications: When you contact us, we collect the content of your messages and any additional information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Automatically

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages viewed, features used, time spent, and search queries.

Device Information: We collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and unique device identifiers.

Information from Third Parties

Workforce Development Boards: We may receive information about candidates from partnering workforce agencies.

2. How We Use Your Information

Employment Services: Process payroll, administer benefits, manage tax withholding, provide workers' compensation insurance, and fulfill other PEO responsibilities

3. How We Share Your Information

With Your Consent or Direction

Employers: When you apply to a job or are matched with an employer, we share your profile information, assessment results, and application materials with that employer.

Workforce Development Boards: We share candidate and employer information with partnering workforce agencies as necessary to administer workforce development programs.

Service Providers

We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including:

Payroll processing and tax filing services
Benefits administration providers
Workers' compensation insurance carriers
Background check providers
Cloud hosting and data storage providers
Customer support and communication tools
Analytics and marketing services

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Government Agencies

Delete Your Account

You may request deletion of your account by contacting us. We will delete your information, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes (such as employment records).

Marketing Communications

You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing message or by adjusting your account settings. You cannot opt out of service-related communications (such as account notifications or compliance updates).

Note: Some apprenticeship programs may be available to individuals aged 16-17 with parental consent and in compliance with child labor laws.

9. International Users

Our services are operated in the United States and are intended for users in the United States. If you access our platform from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
